Plant-Powered Protein Pancakes

P-P-P-Psst! Plant-Powered Protein Pancakes are here!๐ฅ Simple, GF, & easy to make! You can even pour the ingredients with flare, if youโd like!๐ฅณ Join me in the kitchen to make this delicious meal.๐ฅ
Ingredients:
1 cup old-fashioned oats
1 banana
2 cups flax milk + protein (or any plant-based high-protein milk)
2 scoops plant-based protein
2 flax eggs (per โeggโ: mix 1 tablespoon flax meal with 3 tablespoons water. Set aside for 5 or more minutes.)
Dash of cinnamon
Dash of celtic salt or sea salt
Topping Suggestions:
Berries
Sliced bananas
Maple Syrup, Un-honey, Agave, Coconut Nectar, etc.
Directions:
Using a high-speed blender or mixer, combine the following: oats, banana, flax milk, protein powder, flax eggs, cinnamon, & salt.
Heat up skillet on stovetop at low-medium heat.
Spray with nonstick & start pourin' pancakes!
***Pro Tip: this batter is a bit thick, so it helps to spread it out on the skillet by carefully moving the pan or using a spoon.
Once done, sauce those babies up with all the fixings! A great way to start any day!
