Current chapter: GROWTH.

The current chapter of life's journey has been a fascinating one! GROWTH 🌿… a constant theme. Such is life.🌞

Three words & thoughts:

🌄FAITH: No matter how big life's mountain peaks ⛰️ may be, believe you will find your way to the top of whichever peak you choose to climb or unexpectedly find yourself on.

🌄PERSPECTIVE: Be sure to take time to pause & reflect on how far you've come 👣. Look for the beauty in where you currently stand. And remember that whatever lies ahead is a step-by-step pursuit, one day at a time. If the skies are foggy & it's hard to perceive, pray for “eyes to see.”

🌄PERSEVERANCE: With faith as your fuel & perspective as your map, all you need to do is KEEP GOING. There is no race to the top, only yours & God’s pace that is sustainable for YOU. You will get there. You will cross the finish line!🏁

And then what comes after we celebrate 🎉 crossing the finish line?

A new peak ⛰️ to climb.😮

A new starting line.👣😬

Followed by the next finish line 🏁.😎

Growth is constant.🔄 Change is constant.🔄

The journey *truly* is the destination.🌿✨

May we strive to enjoy, as best we can, the ups, downs, & in-betweens.🌄

I am thankful for the Atonement. Christ is my friend, redeemer, & ultimate supporter. He is the light, life, & truth of the world. He is no respecter of persons; HE LOVES US ALL. He loves YOU.

Christ is where I find peace & rest, even when I continue to stumble, tumble, or fall short. He helps strengthen my weaknesses & is the quiet in the storm, the perfect empathizer.🤝✨

He is risen, & someday, one day, He will return.

Oh, heyyyy. A bit behind!😯🥰

September & October (2024) vibes from the camera 📸 roll.🙌🏼 Oh boyyyy, where to begin?🤔 Well, for starters, it’s been quite nice to step away from the frequency of phone/social media use for the past however long. So much to say & yet I’ll keep this one short (ish 🥲) &, of course, full of goodness.💐✨

Change has been constant in my life for what feels like years now… the winds 🌬️ just keep on breezin’ 😌 & occasionally gustin’ 😮‍💨, & something tells me they’re not quite finished 😂. 

As shared before, I’ll bet many of us can relate to feeling lost yet completely aligned.🛤️ Here we are again, & it’s become the new normal.😦😇

Lovely Vegan 🌱 is now three years old! Yeeee!

This last year has been less about content creation & mostly about prioritizing my life & family for all that we’ve experienced ☺️, endured 😯, & enjoyed 🥹!🤲🏼🌟💫

The creative 🎨 rhythm 🎶 that runs through my soul is always flowin’ 🪄🎼 — I hope to be back sometime soon to continue my passion of compassionized “service media” 🤝 on a more consistent basis — in the meantime, we’re still vibin’ 🎵 daily in IG stories & on Threads.🤠 It’s been nice to have as a kind of journal.🥲📝📓

It’s been said that God 🌞 can make a lot more of ourselves than we can; I testify to this 1000% & continue to watch this happen in my own life. I find myself continuing the practice of strivin’ to be thrivin’ in the present moment, in the unknown.✨🍃👀🍃✨

I have gone through some super hard stuff, thankful God keeps me going. I fall down, stand up, brush off, continue forward, & then fall down again. It’s a beautiful process called LIFE.😂🥴🥹🥰🔄❤️

May we lead with LOVE by sharing LOVE with one another, animals, & ALL! It is indeed what matters most.❤️💯❤️💯

Kuna girl passed through the veil a few weeks ago, & I hadn’t felt ready to post about it until now. As shared previously, she made it to over 18 years old & has been with us since the beginning.

Kuna represents so many things in her chapter of life that enriched & blessed ours.🙏🏼

Sean & I became a family of three with Kuna as our first dog only a few weeks into dating.

We named her Kuna after “Hakuna Matata” because she was so chill & relaxed as a puppy, which couldn’t be further from her personality as she got older.😂😏🥰

Kuna was the first of what we call our “first generation of dogs,” which includes her, Nash, & Shylo.🐶🐶🐶 See second picture in carousel.😇

I know with my entire being that those two helped & greeted her through on the other side of the veil. I felt all three of them together at last the day she passed away.🌞

Kuna was such a strong dog! Never whined or fussed about much... our “second generation of dogs” (Atticus, Rocky, & Apollo) fuss about everything.🤣🤣😍🥲

Kuna was super smart & always knew how to trick the system. From using the kitchen stool to hop on the counter & steal cupcakes 🧁, to opening the bread 🍞 drawer, to sneaking out of our apartment to a bakery 🥯 & returning later after we spent hours searching & worrying about her.

She is who she is & marched to her very own beat of her own drum 🥁.

Kuna, we love you forever ♾️ & ever, sweet angel. You are always in our hearts & in our thoughts. We will see you, Nash, & Shylo again soon at Rainbow 🌈 Bridge... never to be parted again.🫂🐾💯✨

I loved our time here. The birds 🐦 chirped every morning, & the cool air breezed 🌬️through the mountains ⛰️ almost every evening.

The dogs 🐕 enjoyed lots of time in the grass “making friends” with squirrels 🐿️ by staring them down.😂🥰

I finished working in the temple 🌸 & will forever ♾️ value my time there. A blessing beyond measure.💯✨

These last pages of the “in between” could be summarized as FAITH OVER EVERYTHING… & I mean everything!📝📖

Pray, pray, pray.🙏🏼

Endure, endure, endure.😅
