Good Parma Pizza
“I see you.” ~Parma
This pizza crust is beyond easy to make, clean & so dang good! Make it asap-eroni!🌱🍕 Vegan, gluten-free, & simple ingredients.🤟🏼
Ingredients:
4 cups almond flour
2 flax eggs (per “egg”: mix 1 tablespoon flax meal with 3 tablespoons water. Set aside for 5 or more minutes.)
¼ cup water
¼ olive oil
1 teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon garlic powder
1 teaspoon oregano
1 teaspoon baking soda
Dash of paprika
¼ cup vegan parmesan cheese
Vegan Topping Ideas:
White pizza sauce
Marinara
Bbq sauce
Mozzarella
Tomatoes
Basil
Red onion
Goat cheese
Mixed greens
Balsamic glaze
Directions:
Set oven to 375.
Make 2 flax eggs (per “egg”: mix 1 tablespoon flax meal with 3 tablespoons water. Set aside for 5 or more minutes.)
Combine almond flour, water, olive oil, salt, garlic powder, oregano, baking soda, paprika, parmesan cheese, & flax eggs in large bowl.
Using a whisk or fork, mix thoroughly until ingredients form dough.
Spray tinfoil with nonstop and use half of the dough to roll out first pizza.
Using wax paper or nonstick prepared tinfoil, lay on top of dough and roll out into oval shape. Use hands to shape crust if needed.
Leave pizza crust in tinfoil and place on top of a baking rack that placed on top of a baking sheet. You can also cook by laying the tinfoil straight onto oven rack but the time may need to be slightly altered and be careful not to burn yourself.
Place crust into oven for 20 minutes until center is soft & edges are golden.
Take out of oven & increase temperature to 400.
Remove baking rack so that tinfoil is now directly on baking sheet.
Add sauces, cheese, & toppings.
Put back into oven for 20-25 minutes.
Let cool & eat your heart out.
Don’t leave pizza unattended — it’ll most likely be gone when you return.😂🥰
