Peach-Berry Cobbler
You will ap-peach-iate this healthy dessert berry much!
This is a healthy-ish version of cobbler & tastes fantastic with a scoop of vanilla ice cream.🙌🏼

Did these fall from the heavens above in the sky?
A little crumble to sweetly layer on top...
Bake ‘em up nice, so the flavors pop!
What shall I call this dish full of delight?
Peach-Berry Cobbler...

Ingredients:
4-6 sliced peaches
2 small pints of blackberries, blueberries &/or raspberries
1 1/4 cups almond flour
2 cups oats
1/4 teaspoon sea salt
1/3 cup avocado oil
1/4 cup natural sweetener of choice (maple syrup, agave, coconut nectar, date syrup, etc.)
1 1/2 teaspoons vanilla
1 heaping tablespoon cinnamon
Directions:
Set oven to 350°F.
In a large bowl, mix almond flour, oats, sea salt, avocado oil, sweetener, vanilla & cinnamon.
In a 9x13 baking dish, start the first layer using 1/3 of mixed crumble.
Add a second layer using 1/2 of the sliced peaches, blackberries & blueberries.
Repeat step 3 to add third layer.
Repeat step 4 to add fourth layer.
Repeat step 3 to add fifth & final layer.
Bake in oven for 45-55 minutes until golden brown.
*Serve warm with vegan vanilla ice cream.🍨
