Life is life. We will almost always have something that causes us to feel heaviness on our shoulders & in our โbackpack ๐ full of burdens ๐ชจโ to carry.๐ฃ
The truth is, we carry A LOTโผ๏ธ that is unnecessary, causing us additional exhaustion, strain, & depletion.๐
First, we do not have to carry lifeโs burdens on our own or alone ๐ถโโ๏ธ๐ถ, as we are supported by a greater power, God.๐๐ผ๐
Second, we donโt have to mentally chain our worries to the path of stress & difficulty ๐๏ธ when many of those concerns are outside our direct control.๐ง ๐ญ Welcome to the human mind.๐
We can hand these, & any burden, over to lighten our heavy hearts โค๏ธ by trusting & allowing ourselves to be supported.๐คฒ๐ผโจ
Iโve experienced the lightening of my personal โbackpack ๐ full of burdens ๐ชจโ quite often in life, especially when they get extra heavy.
It is REAL.
It is POWERFUL.
It is UNDENIABLE.
It is FREEING.๐ชฝ๐
