I greatly relate to this message during this current chapter of my life. Every time I reach outward, I remind myself of the infinite strength, healing, peace, & light I possess within.🤲🏼🌞

It’s an imperfect practice, & what it has shown me is that each time a personal storm hits & I choose to show up for myself, I realize more & more how strong & capable I AM. I awaken & fortify parts of me that only continue to grow.✨

Here’s the truth about giving ourselves warmth & sunshine: it’s always & only found within. This is your eternal source. It’s YOU & God, hand in hand; that’s it. And when we can be our own best friend, our biggest cheerleader, & our own champion, EVERYTHING CHANGES.
