Toasted Coconut Snowballs

When chocolate meets coconut, we all go cocoa-nuts!


Snowballs, yโ€™all!๐Ÿค  Vanilla ice cream rolled in toasty coconut ๐Ÿฅฅ with chocolate ๐Ÿซ, whipped cream ๐Ÿฅ„ & strawberries ๐Ÿ“. Ba-bam! So freaking GOOD.

Simple ingredients,
And your tastebuds are alive!

Roll it,
Shape it,
Vegan vanilla ice creamโ€ฆ
Just like a snowball,
A winter wonderland dream!

Roast it?
No, toast it!
Coconut shreds divine...

Layer it with toppings,
At last, this shall be mine.โ€

Ingredients:

  • Vegan vanilla ice cream

  • Unsweetened coconut flakes

  • Vegan chocolate

  • Vegan whipped cream

  • Sliced strawberries

Directions:

  1. Toast coconut on parchment paper at 325 for 3 min, remove from the oven, and then stir, repeat this process two more times (9 mins total in the oven).

  2. Roll ice cream into baseballs โšพ๏ธ & roll in toasted coconut.

  3. Lay on another sheet with parchment paper. Freeze.

  4. Melt chocolate. Drizzle onto snowball with whipped cream & sliced strawberries.
