Okay true story… my first few attempts of catching the avocado resulted in a head smack & dented avocado.🤣🙌🏼 As another note, this is probably the best avocado toast you’ll ever have, fam. It’s straight up beyond!😍🙌🏼

Ingredients:

• Gluten-free bagels (I use Little Northern Bakehouse — use non-GF, if preferred.)

• Lemon hummus (I use Cedar’s Zesty Lemon.)

• Avocado

• Pumpkin seeds

• Lemon infused olive oil (I use Sciabica Family Lemon Olive Oil.)

• Sea salt

• Pepper

Directions:

1. Toast the bagel & you know the rest.🤪
