A message for YOU, FAM!👇🏼

First, happy new year 🎊! I stopped writing ✍🏼 resolutions years ago, as I’m a firm believer in every moment being a fresh start!😀 I do, however, want to invite & encourage you to leap into 2023 with faith & fear — TOGETHER!❤️

From modeling to building my business SoulRise Tribe (that is now retired 🥹) to starting this page, Lovely Vegan, it’s important to note 📝 something that may or may not be obvious — FEAR has never completely left the building…🤣 

In fact, there are countless times fear grabs the steering wheel 🛞 but my best buddy, FAITH, keeps me on course… the two simultaneously exist & the one we feed with energy is what matters most.🙂🙃

Fearful (egoic) thoughts & emotions may *pretend* to rob our Divine purpose — but can never truly succeed!🙅🏼‍♀️

These negative thoughts only cause us to dwell in the Land of Illusion… this land has a Past Road 🏚️ that offers regret, shame, pain, & so on….

Those same negative thoughts have a Future Street 🏘️ that offers lots of “what ifs” in the form of “what if I fail?”, “what if I’m not enough?”, & so on….

However, wherever we feed our energy in the Land of Illusion, one thing is certain, it’s purpose is to try to deter us from our Divine path in life…🛤️✨

There is a passion calling within your heart and its purpose is to bring great love, connection, & healing into the world… what are you waiting for?😍

This is your sign to shine your light & all you have to offer… the world needs it, we need YOU!🌎🌍🌏

👇🏼A lot to say here... I created this a while ago for international women’s day — for my sisters.👯‍♀️ Of course, it’s applicable for ALL ❤️ & is my final video for LV year one.

In my modeling journey, I have often felt inner conflict while sharing images because I felt as though they were only that, an external image.

At times, I had concern that it would set a tone for women that I wasn’t sure was a tone I felt good about. If you followed along the history on my main IG page @alexandraromney, (I currently don’t post there), I always had a desire & commitment to writing a very lengthy & heartfelt caption to give internal substance behind the image.

With this said, as I continue sharing Lovely Vegan Fashion Inspo, I want to be clear in declaration that our invaluable worth comes from within. I trust my inspo & words will be captured as eternal TRUTHS in your hearts.💯

Photoshoots usually consist of an amazing team along with great lighting, a key location, & all the bells & whistles. I never wake up looking like my images… my skin breaks out, I have cellulite, stretch marks from running, & I try to workout regularly to stay in shape & work off the vegan goodies.😬🤪

👉🏼”Flaws” & perspective is also a conversation for another day… This is definitely one of my soapboxin’ topics 😂 as flaws never consist of facts, only illusory beliefs! Read that again.

Anyway, taking care of one’s physical body requires work & consistency but does NOT equate to personal value on an existential level. And there is nothing wrong in caring for your body the way you choose & feel best about — also a topic for another day!

My mission is for YOU to know your true home of peace & wholeness is right there within… INVALUABLE & UNALTERABLE.

Seeking inner freedom through forgiveness.

A healing jam sesh…

Have you ever experienced the dark & empty illusory space of shame & unworthiness?  I have — plenty of times.

Have you ever experienced the lightness of your divine truth through forgiveness & healing?  Me too — often.

The question is, how would we know healing without pain?  Or light without darkness?

I have spent a lot of time (recently & over the years) seeking to better understand shame & forgiveness… it’s been a very challenging, yet beautiful process.

One of the key takeaways I have found is that the gift of forgiveness is always a two-way process.  Meaning, we don’t look down on another as we give this gift; rather, we offer it to them as an equal while simultaneously giving it to ourselves.

To quote ACIM:

“Forgiveness is the only gift I give, because it is the only gift I want. And everything I give I give myself.”

For YOU:

As we approach a new year during the Christmas season, please receive this as a sign & message to relinquish & let go of any shame, guilt, or burdens that you may be carrying.  Hand them over to a greater power & know that, at your core, nothing you may have said or done is who you truly are… rather, it is part of this life’s journey so we may better understand light & dark…

And know when we offer this gift to others, we are giving it to ourselves… as we see the innocence in others, we come to remember the innocence within.

Shame & guilt are there to tell us of possible wrongdoings so that we may learn, grow, & mend whatever has happened… but not to drag through life as heavy burdens that define us or our worth.

YOUR worth is INVALUABLE & YOUR truth is unchangeable. No matter what.

To quote my favorite part of this song (Trevor Hall ‘Forgive’ feat. Luka Lesson):

“Let all of your mistakes become all of your greatest gifts in disguise…”

Breathe & let go, fam…

Be free & KNOW the LOVE that is your divinely inherent God-given TRUTH. It’s who YOU are.
