Doesn’t mean it’s always easy… in fact, stretching through growth & fear can definitely be, well, stretchy… achy… tight…😂

But even so, the ups, downs, & unexpected turns are what shape us as we continue to evolve & be our best, more authentic selves!🦋

Seize your path, fam! Create from your heart! Pursue what CALLS TO YOU… & when fear stands in your way, staring you in the face — take another step forward & push right through it!🙏🏼🌟💫✨

Happy World Vegan Day, fam.✊🏼🐾 In honor of today, I want to share two things…

First, awhile back, I filmed this video to remind others that YOU ARE NOT ALONE. Mental health is an important topic & there are countless people who suffer with the knowledge of what happens to animals every second of the day. I am one of them.

I felt the need to share my experience with this topic because, for a long time, it was extremely dark & painful. It still is, but I have chosen to combat the darkness so I can continue to press forward in life with HOPE, FAITH, TRUST, & an unbreakable belief that speciesism will not last forever & everything will one day, someday, BE OKAY.

So, if this is you as well — I STAND BY YOU. I AM HERE FOR YOU. JUST KEEP GOING. I promise you the sun will shine & together we will keep fighting the good fight.🌱💪🏼

Secondly, at the end of the video, is one of the first poems I wrote, which happened to be on Thanksgiving. It’s called ‘Everything Will Be Okay’.

Everything is not okay,

It hurts so much,

This world, this life, feels unfair today.

Why can’t the pain just go away?

Everything is not okay.

Everything will be okay,

With hope and faith,

This world, this life, will be at peace one day.

Stay strong & pray,

To that, we give thanks…

That one day, someday…
