👇🏼A lot to say here... I created this a while ago for international women’s day — for my sisters.👯♀️ Of course, it’s applicable for ALL ❤️ & is my final video for LV year one.
In my modeling journey, I have often felt inner conflict while sharing images because I felt as though they were only that, an external image.
At times, I had concern that it would set a tone for women that I wasn’t sure was a tone I felt good about. If you followed along the history on my main IG page @alexandraromney, (I currently don’t post there), I always had a desire & commitment to writing a very lengthy & heartfelt caption to give internal substance behind the image.
With this said, as I continue sharing Lovely Vegan Fashion Inspo, I want to be clear in declaration that our invaluable worth comes from within. I trust my inspo & words will be captured as eternal TRUTHS in your hearts.💯
Photoshoots usually consist of an amazing team along with great lighting, a key location, & all the bells & whistles. I never wake up looking like my images… my skin breaks out, I have cellulite, stretch marks from running, & I try to workout regularly to stay in shape & work off the vegan goodies.😬🤪
👉🏼”Flaws” & perspective is also a conversation for another day… This is definitely one of my soapboxin’ topics 😂 as flaws never consist of facts, only illusory beliefs! Read that again.
Anyway, taking care of one’s physical body requires work & consistency but does NOT equate to personal value on an existential level. And there is nothing wrong in caring for your body the way you choose & feel best about — also a topic for another day!
My mission is for YOU to know your true home of peace & wholeness is right there within… INVALUABLE & UNALTERABLE.
