  6. Spending time with loved ones + humorous content.😄❤️

  7. Spending time with animals & watching positive videos centered around acts of love & kindness.🐾❤️

Be patient & gentle with yourself. Presence, consciousness, & peace within come with an ebb & flow; our noisy mind tends to mirror our noisy world. Practice what makes us stronger & more resilient to the chaos — progress is where it’s at.
