Baked Sweet Potato & Beet Chips
A healthier chip ya won’t wanna skip!
Houston, we don’t have a problem…😏🍠 These chips are ready to go, spaghettio!🚀 Some food for thought — never give up.🙌🏼 Flavors are on point & please spread the potatoes out better than my demo in video… haha!
Ingredients:
2 sweet potatoes
1 beet
1 slicer McGee 🤣 (I use Dash Safe Slice® Mandoline.)
1/2 cup avocado oil
1-2 tablespoons chopped garlic
1 teaspoon sea salt
1/2 teaspoon pepper
Dash or two of paprika
Directions:
Set oven to 300°F.
Slice potatoes & beet into chip-thin wedges.
In a large bowl, mix potatoes, beets, avocado oil, garlic, sea salt, pepper, & paprika.
Lay wax paper on pan.
Spread potatoes & beets out with little to no overlap (unless you’re inpatient like me & don’t mind soft chips.😉)
Cook in oven for 20 minutes.
Flip & cook for another 20 minutes.
