INNER FREEDOM FOR 2024.

The end is about as real as it gets!🤣🥲 What better way to start off the new year than to embrace the streets 🏘️ of inner freedom from the illusory chains ⛓️ we’ve created in our minds?✨

There are two neighborhoods we often spend our thoughts 💭 on.

One is the neighborhood 🏠 of inspiring “what ifs,” & the other is the neighborhood 🏚️ of terrifying “what ifs.”

The first one is exhilarating!🏠 It’s exciting! It’s where we imagine ourselves growing, stretching, & experiencing life the way our hearts call for it. There are many unknowns, & it thrills us because, no matter what, we know we will always be okay! We’ve got ourselves covered! It is infinite ♾️ in possibilities.❤️

The second one is frightening!🏚️ Its scary! It’s where we imagine ourselves falling, stumbling, “failing,” & experiencing life by being chained to external opinions, judgments, labels, & so on. It is not only limited ⌛️ in possibilities but would also have us believing it is best to play small, silence the heart, & think we’re “safe” by being unseen.💔

I love the first neighborhood!🏘️💫 The longer we linger over there, the more we realize how truly untouchable we are.🤲🏼🤲🏿🤲🏽🤲🏾🤲🏻🌟

That our inner power, strength, resilience, & invaluable worth will always overcome any obstacle or momentary (& illusory) “embarrassment.”🫣😎

Here’s to growing, stretching, & experiencing our journeys in infinite ways in 2️⃣0️⃣2️⃣4️⃣!

This past year has had me thinking a lot about growth, change, & renewal. What life is all about.🌞

Whether it’s the end of a year, the beginning, or the middle, the cycle remains the same.🔄

Embracing self-renewal is one of the most important & powerful aspects of life’s growing cycle.🔃
