We did it! That's a wrap for the Lovely Vegan Fashion & Goods summer series — woohoo!🥰🙌🏼

I'll be sharing a wrap video with a final message. Thank you for your love, support, & feedback, & as always, I'm so glad YOU are here.🌼

I feel it's my responsibility to always let my fam, most specifically my sisters 👯‍♀️, know that there are so many components that go into photo shoots. Great lighting, an amazing team, post-production, editing images, & so on.📸🪄💻

What we see in an image, especially on social media, usually does not portray reality. In fact, it most often does not.💯

I take care of myself from the inside out, & when it comes to a shoot, obviously the outside is an important factor. I prepare for shoots with extra clean eating, fitness, low sodium & sugar intake, spray tanning, & all the other things.🙃🧚🏼‍♀️💅🏼

I want to be clear so that you know that being human & embracing "imperfections" is what IS real & ultimately most important.🙏🏼✨

Never compare yourself to an image — not online, in a magazine, on TV, or on a billboard. There's so much that goes on behind what we see — even a selfie 🤳🏼 with filters.

Love yourself for the beautiful human being that you are, & may we all remember that truthfully, not just as a feel-good thing that's said, TRUE BEAUTY IS FOUND, eternally exists, & is untouchable within.🤲🏼🤲🏿🤲🏽🤲🏻🤲🏾🌟💫

Life is life. We will almost always have something that causes us to feel heaviness on our shoulders & in our “backpack 🎒 full of burdens 🪨” to carry.👣

The truth is, we carry A LOT‼️ that is unnecessary, causing us additional exhaustion, strain, & depletion.😓

First, we do not have to carry life’s burdens on our own or alone 🚶‍♀️🚶, as we are supported by a greater power, God.🙌🏼🌞

Second, we don’t have to mentally chain our worries to the path of stress & difficulty 🏗️ when many of those concerns are outside our direct control.🧠💭 Welcome to the human mind.😑

We can hand these, & any burden, over to lighten our heavy hearts ❤️ by trusting & allowing ourselves to be supported.🤲🏼✨ 

I’ve experienced the lightening of my personal “backpack 🎒 full of burdens 🪨” quite often in life, especially when they get extra heavy.

It is REAL.

It is POWERFUL.

It is UNDENIABLE.

It is FREEING.🪽🌄

Freedom in lightness, more joy, more presence, more trust, & more PEACE.🕊️

When we have this additional capacity within our personal space, it is much easier to *see & hear* the ways in which we can help guide others to freedom as well.🤝❤️

Seek, surrender, trust, & allow.🙏🏽🙏🏻🙏🏿🙏🏾🙏🏼

I greatly relate to this message during this current chapter of my life. Every time I reach outward, I remind myself of the infinite strength, healing, peace, & light I possess within.🤲🏼🌞

It’s an imperfect practice, & what it has shown me is that each time a personal storm hits & I choose to show up for myself, I realize more & more how strong & capable I AM. I awaken & fortify parts of me that only continue to grow.✨

Here’s the truth about giving ourselves warmth & sunshine: it’s always & only found within. This is your eternal source. It’s YOU & God, hand in hand; that’s it. And when we can be our own best friend, our biggest cheerleader, & our own champion, EVERYTHING CHANGES. Your inner “home” becomes something you’ve never experienced; it’s unbreakable & built on a solid foundation.🪨 Then the world mirrors 🪞 your inner foundation, & you become an unstoppable force in life.
