Happy 17th Birthday, Kuna!

Kuna is 17 years old!😍🥳 Happy Birthday 🎉 to this sweet angel 😇 girl!

A few fun facts:

🎈Kuna is the first of all six dogs & is still rockin’ it! She is truly eternal.

🎈Kuna is very smart! In her younger years, she was very calculated on how to rearrange furniture 🪑 to get food or manipulate Nash or Shylo 🐕🐕 to get what she wants. She’d pretend someone was at the front door 🚪 to distract them from their toys 🧸 & then swipe it from them when they weren’t looking.🤣😑

🎈Kuna once escaped the apartment in NorCal, went to a bakery, & came back on her own. It was an absolutely terrifying day but thankful 🥲 beyond for that little beagle brain 🧠 & nose 👃.🗺️

🎈Kuna used to love going to the dog park & be chased down. She was too cool for smaller pooches & was always trying to be one of the big dogs.😎🐾

Love you beyond measure, Kuna matata! Smooches all day on those velvety ears!🥰💋🐶

Feeling lost while completely aligned.

It’s okay to *feel lost* while knowing *YOU ARE ALIGNED*.🗺️✨

In our personal journey 👣, we often have no idea 🤷🏼‍♀️ where our path is going or what’s around the corner.😯🥰

Our hearts tell us, “This is the right path. I am where I’m supposed to be. I AM DIVINELY ALIGNED.”😌❤️

Yet, because of fear of the unknown, we can feel lost, “Where am I going? Why am I here? How will this turn out?”🫣🧠

We may also believe we must force the navigation 🧭, search 🔍 for labels 🏷️ to make sense of our path, find ways to “feel safe”, & latch onto a sense of identity & completion.🤯

YOUR heart’s navigation 🧭 will not fail you…

Keep going. Keep growing.

Saying “no” or feeling concern about letting people down has been an ongoing learning process for me…🥴☺️

Numerous life experiences have mirrored🪞this lesson back. Many times I have been be asked, requested, &/or pressured into situations that my insides would say, “nahhh, this feels off”🙅🏼‍♀️😬 but my eagerness to “please”, “succeed”, & “win approval” would take over the inner decision making.😑

A frequent Kool-Aid flavor 🍉🍇🍓 of choice was people-pleasing mixed with loyalty, topped off with a splash of naivety… cheers!😀🥂

While modeling at a photoshoot, there was a specific time when I requested privacy to change my clothes (with only males) on set. My request was met with a response along the lines of, “you’re a *bleeping* model, do your job & just change your clothes”. Then, in a nervous, giggly, smiley while maintaining my pleasing streak ⚡️ I said something like, “okay, sounds good 🥲👍🏼!”😵‍💫🤦🏼‍♀️

Here’s the truth though, I hold ZERO regrets, judgment, & ONLY love & gratitude for all of my life experiences & teachers that have been key to helping me GROW & EVOLVE.🐛🦋🌼

After the honest self-assessing, painful learning, & progressive adjusting INTERNALLY, my experiences began to mirror🪞the changes EXTERNALLY. As is LIFE.👌🏼💫

So, if this is you, too — I feel ya, hear ya, & stand by you hand-in-hand 🤝. Absorb those teaching moments & recurring lessons. If it keeps showing up, it’s there to shine light on something internal that’s calling out for healing ❤️‍🩹 & balance ⚖️.

Everything we’re seeking is already within us. A simple statement followed by a continual practice.🙏🏼
