When inspiration hits the heart, it’s time to get the message out. I think this is a tricky, egoic thought that a lot of us face; it’s also why I also felt compelled to include in yesterday’s affirmation.

When life is rocky in any way — whether it’s work, relationships, personal challenges, whatever… we all of a sudden shift into a space of feeling “less than”. But less than what?

We are always whole. Being created by God or a higher power, however you see it, we cannot be any less whole on a spiritual level. That’s why life’s messiness cannot touch our true essence — although the ego loves to say otherwise.

So — please make sure you step back into your heart, into love, peace, & presence by declaring your truth whenever this happens. 

If you start to feel like you’re shrinking, shriveling up, or incomplete based on something that’s happened, say to yourself, “I AM OKAY.”

It is truly powerful to know peace within when there’s chaos about. You got this. You are OKAY.💛

I’m sitting here in Park City & felt inspired to start a personal blog on this site called ‘The Journey’. In addition to recipes, reviews, poetry/writing, I’m excited to share my thoughts, experiences, & heart with you all.

I am more convinced each & every day that life’s purpose is to bring love & light into the world. And LOVE is all that is real in this existence. I know so many of us are struggling through the noisiness, darkness, heavy, complicated, messy, lonely, painful experiences.

I am here for you. I want you to know that you are never alone. I believe this life is one collective consciousness - that we are ONE. All of us. Humans, animals, the planet, & so on.
